What Is Involved

Phase 1: Buyer readiness Qarar reviews your identification documents, financial capacity documentation, and source of funds to ensure you can proceed with a UAE property transaction without delays at key checkpoints.

Phase 2: Due diligence Before contracts are signed, Qarar verifies the property title status, confirms there are no outstanding mortgages or disputes on the unit, and checks developer RERA registration for off-plan properties.

Phase 3: Contract and payment tracking Qarar tracks SPA execution, payment milestones, escrow requirements (for off-plan), and manager's cheque preparation.

Phase 4: NOC and transfer Qarar coordinates the NOC from the developer or strata manager and supports the DLD transfer appointment booking and registration completion.

Phase 5: Post-purchase steps Once the title deed is issued in your name, Qarar can initiate linked workflows including Golden Visa application, EJARI registration, and utility setup.
